Application and Maintenance of Permanent Magnetic Lifter

The permanent magnet lifter is a magnetic fixture widely used in machinery, mold factory, and other machining fields, which can greatly improve the clamping efficiency of magnetic conductive steel materials. The permanent magnet lifter is made of high-performance rare material NdFeB (N>40). By moving the handle of the magnetic lifter, the magnetic system of the NdFeB inside the is changed to achieve the suction or release of the workpiece.

Instructions of Use

Place the workpiece on the magnetic lifter, then insert the wrench to hold the workpiece for processing.

To prevent any possible accidental rotation of the wrench during magnetization, remove the wrench before machining.

After the processing, insert the wrench and turn it 180 degrees to “OFF” to complete the demagnetization and safely remove the workpiece.

Maintenance

1. The magnetic lifter should be cleaned before use to avoid scratching and affecting accuracy.

2, The use of ambient temperature is -40C--50C, it is strictly prohibited to knock to prevent the magnetic pressure.

3. Apply anti-rust oil to the working surface after use to prevent corrosion.
