What should we do when the electric hoist fail to work? Now let's tell you four little tips:
(1) First, check if the power fuse is blown. If one phase is broken, the electric hoist motor starts in single phase, the starting torque is zero, the motor can't rotate, and the fuse should be replaced.
(2) Second, the voltage, the starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage, the acceleration torque can not overcome the load torque, and the running speed cannot be reached. The voltage should be increased appropriately.
(3) Short circuit, grounding or open circuit of the stator winding. The grounding of the winding will appear at the grounding plate of the lead wire. The junction box should be opened for inspection. When disconnecting the circuit, not only check the motor, but also check whether the wiring of the control device is correct. If the contact of the contact of the AC contactor is not good, the sanding of the contactor should be smoothed, and the core should be checked and broken. In case of opening, there is no jamming and replace the contactor if necessary.
(4) If the load is too large or the transmission mechanism is faulty, the electric hoist matching motor power is reasonable, and the lifting weight cannot be overloaded. If the electric hoist cannot be rotated, first remove the load, such as the motor can start normally, indicating the gear box, etc. If the transmission mechanism is faulty, the transmission mechanism should be checked to clear the fault.
