Precautions of application and maintenance of electric hoist

1. When the first tome to use an electric hoist, it is need to connect three fire lines. It is normal if the electric hoist does not start, because the electric hoist has phase sequence protection, only need to change the position of two fire lines.

2. The electric hoist has been oiled before leaving the factory. It does not need to be refueled for the first time. A small bottle of oil will be provide together with the hoist .It can be brushed on the chain after the hoist work for five months (or depending on the application situation).

3. The electric hoist comes with a limit. When the cargo rises to the top, it automatically cuts off the power, but it does not play a full control role. If the long-term topping will cause the limit to fail, the hoist will be easily damaged. Therefore, you should pay attention to the top when operating, to avoid long or multiple collision limit.

4. The chain cannot be installed anywhere, just drop it naturally in the chain bag.

5. For the first time installation, the body may be tilted when it is empty load, which is normal and can be used with confidence.
