How to detect the quality of the lifting chain?

Then check the accuracy of measurement of the lifting chain: when the length of the lifting chain  become loose in long during use, if it exceeds a certain range, it may cause a failure. Therefore, it is necessary to measure length change and prevent it in advance.

Finally, the standard for judging the chain scrap: the lifting chain has its service life, if exceeds its service life, it must be scrapped. This is mainly considering its safety factor. Safety production is the first element. Judging the lifting chain is based on its appearance and technical parameters. For the lifting chain that meets the scrapping standards, it must be compulsory and must not be used for continued use.
