DIN580 lifting eye bolt is forged with quality alloy steel, tempered and quenched ; it is subjected to hardness test, hardness value should be HRB67~95.

The lifting eye bolt has a test load of 2.5 times the working load and 20,000 times of fatigue test under 1.5 times the working load. It is made according to ASME B30.26 standards. It is exported to Europe and America in large quantities and passed the G80 standard test. The material has higher tensile force than the domestic lifting ring screw and provides a tensile test report. It must be operated by a professional stuff, and strictly refer to the instructions for use. When connecting with the spreader, keep the joint between the spreader and the loop rotate freely. Professionals should conduct safety inspections on a regular basis. 

Precautions of application:

1. The user must be subjected to training before use, in order to ensure the correct use of the product safety.

2. For different occasions and application scenarios, choose the correct type, grade and length of eye bolt screws;

3. Before use the lifting eye bolt, carefully check to see if there is any damage, if any, replace it immediately;

4. Rotate tightly to the support surface but not allow to be too tight with tools;

5. For different types of eye bolts, the lifting direction should be within the direction of the force. For example, the eye bolts have national standard, American standard and other standards to ensure that they are within the force range;

6. The maximum lifting weight is the rated load and cannot be used overloaded, otherwise serious consequences will result;

7. If 10% of the diameter of the wear super interface is found during use, it must be stopped, such as forced use, prone to safety accidents.
