Maintenance of hook type pulley block

5. Make sure that the rotating part of the hook is free to rotate and the gap should not be too large. If the rotation is difficult or there is a feeling of jamming, it is necessary to check whether the bearing bushing is damaged or insufficiently lubricated.

6. Check for overload damage to the main hook.

7. Check if the side plate is stretched, the hole diameter is elongated, the bolt is bent or elongated, and the crack is broken.
