The basic knowledge of welded D link

Welded D-Link is one of the widely used accessories in the industrial production and lifting industry.

The welded D link is forged with alloy steel, and the surface is powder plastified with bright color, which is more conspicuous in actual operation. Moreover, the surface treatment can better prevent corrosion and wear, and the die forging process greatly improves the tension of the welded D link. The welded base is made of a material that is easier to weld, making it easier and faster during the actual welding operation. At the same time, the welding base has a circlip design, so that the D-ring can be fixed in any direction, and the operation is more humanized.

The welding material shall have a tensile strength higher than 70,000 PSI (such as AWS A5.1 E-7018). The following is the reference information, inert gas cane metal arc welding, electrode diameter 0.8-1.2mm according to DIN 8559-SG3, AWS A 5.18.  It is important to note that you should not weld in open or poor weather, otherwise it will be dangerous!

Forged welded D link can be welded with any material welding rod, there are no special requirements. They are widely used in agricultural machinery, mining equipment, trucks, steel hulls, and lifting equipment.
